From the Desk of Don C. Schneider, General Conference of Seventh-Day Adventist Church

Six tribal villages in an isolated location in Asia were visited by a "stranger" who was described as having an aura of bright light around him.  The stranger gave each chief a radio, showed him how to use it, and directed him to the time and frequency of the Adventist World Radio

After the scripture reading was presented in Russian and then in English, Ron Halversen Jr, pastor of the Sligo Church, commented that he had enjoyed it being presented in two languages.  He then said that there are 110 different languages and dialects represented in the Sligo Church congregation.
