For Seventh-day Adventists, we're told to work on Sabbath or lose our jobs. Others are told to work in conflict with their own religious observances, or to remove religious symbols such as crosses, yarmulkes, etc. This bill will help people of all faiths! So tell everyone about it!

You can read all about the bill on our www.religiousliberty.info website, if you need to know more details, and we encourage you to do so. But we also encourage you to take action now.
WHAT TO DO NOW!!!!

Your letters continue to pour in. So far 39,094 letters have been sent to their two

United States Senators, and their representative in the House of Representatives,

in support of the Workplace Religious Freedom Act (H.R. 1431). I will be facing the Congressional Subcommittee

(Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 3:00 PM) on Health, Employment, Labor & Pensions to testify on behalf of people of

faith who experience discrimination in the workplace because of their religious beliefs.

And if you haven't sent your letter yet, please don't sit on the sidelines silently.

James Standish, Esq. Seventh-day Adventist Liaison to the United States Congress

Send e.mails from www.religiousliberty.info for every member of your family and household. Do you have parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins? Call them, and ask them permission to send an e.mail for them.

Forward this to everyone you know.

Call fellow church members, and urge them to send their e.mails. Call the older church members who probably have no computers, and ask permission to send e.mails for them.

Prayerfully and tactfully give this to colleagues at work, or at school. If you are able, offer to send an e.mail for them. It takes less than a minute. All you need is their name, address and zip, and an e.mail address if they have it. If they don't, use your own.

Continue Praying!
